Yakka
semi-rigid, foldable kayak
for Bic sport kayaks
Yakka is the first semi-rigid, foldable kayak.
Imagined by the Fritsch-Durisotti agency and produced by Bic Sport, Yakka meets the expectations of users seeking slide quality and fleeing the drawbacks of a cumbersome rigid kayak.
The Yakka patented concept resolves this problem in an innovative manner through the association of an inflatable and rigid structure, foldable in two. Both hulls are self-emptying and linked by a central beam. A caster at the rear allows you to move the boat, folded or unfolded. Its reduced size enables easy transport and storage at the back of a garage or in a cellar.
Comfort, ergonomics, slide and stability were particularly paid attention to in order to offer the user great pleasure in using the kayak. Equipped with three hollow bodies, two of which are rigid, the Yakka kayak offers security of use that has no equivalent on the market.
In short, Yakka offers the advantages of a rigid kayak in terms of slide and those of an inflatable kayak due to its reduced size.
