The latest addition to the Morphée universe, co-created with Hachette Jeunesse, Élio guides children aged 3 to 8 in discovering and managing their emotions through a wide range of stories and sophrology sessions.
Élio was born from a shared ambition: the desire to support children in learning about their emotions through a gentle and playful approach while introducing them to the practice of sophrology.
